What happens after you write

    We reply within one working day

    A person on the team reads it, not an automated form. If it is urgent, call and we will sort it sooner.

    A twenty-minute conversation

    By phone or video call, to understand what you want to do and where you are.

  3. 03

    A visit to the plot or the house

    We come and see it in person. That is where you really see what you are dealing with.

  4. 04

    Range and constraints, in writing

    A realistic range with what we see. And if the project is not a fit for what we do well, we will say that too.

Are you an architect?

If you are designing a house in Ibiza and need a builder who knows the island planning rules, the trades and the lead times, get in touch. We can do a buildability review of the design before it goes for permit.
