Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum rental period?
There is no compulsory minimum period. You can rent from one month up to several years. Flexibility is one of the main advantages.
How does 24/7 access work?
On signing up you receive a personal access code and a swipe card. With those you can enter the facility any day and at any hour, public holidays included.
Can I change unit size?
Yes. You can move to a larger or smaller unit as your needs change. Just give us seven days’ notice and, subject to availability, we make the change at no extra cost.
Is insurance included?
The facility carries public liability insurance. We recommend each customer takes out contents insurance for their own belongings.
Can I store anything?
You can store most personal belongings and legal goods. Not permitted: perishables, flammable or hazardous materials, weapons, cash, live animals or plants, or illegal items.
